  • 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and jalapeno until softened.

  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown on each side for about 2 minutes.
