  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken along with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; warm through for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked pasta with marinara sauce, half of the Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  4. Fold in the seasoned chicken mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
