  • 1 8-10 inch flour tortilla
  • ÂĽ cup grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • 23 slices deli chicken
  • 4 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and the chicken bouillon cube for about 1 minute. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth. Stir in Dijon mustard and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt some butter and place one tortilla in the skillet. Layer with cheese, sliced chicken, breadcrumbs, and more cheese. Drizzle some sauce over the top before adding another tortilla.
  3. Cook until golden brown on one side (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until both sides are crispy.
  4. Slice into wedges and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
