  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of the mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place rolls seam-side down in the dish; cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
