  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef for about 7–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a bowl.
  5. Assemble by laying tortillas flat and adding beef mixture and cheeses; roll tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown; serve warm.
