- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef for about 7–8 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a bowl.
- Assemble by laying tortillas flat and adding beef mixture and cheeses; roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
