  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound short-cut pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 12 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced chicken with dry mustard, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
