  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 scallions, diced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1517 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a medium pan over medium heat, cook ground chicken until no longer pink (5-7 minutes); drain excess liquid.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, scallions, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spoon filling onto each; roll tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. For the dipping sauce: Heat half & half in a pot; whisk in flour until smooth. Add blue cheese and lemon juice; season to taste.
