  • 1/2 cup peach nectar or juice
  • 1 pound fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for icing)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar (for icing)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peach nectar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped peaches.
