  • 3 ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups mashed)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
