  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
