  • 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 gram ground cinnamon
  • 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 milliliters honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the cut-side of each pear half with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon.
  3. Arrange the pears cut-side up in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  4. Once out of the oven, top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries while they are still warm.
  5. Drizzle honey over each pear half and garnish with fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
