  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 23 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 13 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh thyme, cilantro, or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend cornflakes with grated parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt until crumbly. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
