  • 1 1/4 cup milk (regular, oat, or almond)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
