  • 1/2 recipe artisan pizza dough (15 oz)
  • 4 oz shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz coarsely grated pecorino
  • 4 oz marinated artichoke quarters

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and smashed garlic. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
