  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
  5. Season the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add them to the air fryer during the last 8-10 minutes of cooking.
