  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up four shallow dishes: one with milk, one with flour mixed with garlic-onion seasoning, one with ranch dressing, and the last with panko crumbs mixed with dry ranch dressing.
  3. Dip each mushroom cap into the milk, then coat in the flour mixture. Next, dip into ranch dressing and roll in panko crumbs.
  4. Arrange the breaded mushrooms in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for about 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
