  • 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts (halved)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray (for air fryer)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Additional salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts in a colander and let them sit to dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, kosher salt, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  3. Toss the artichoke hearts in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
