2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts (halved)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking spray (for air fryer)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic (grated)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Additional salt to taste
Instructions
Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts in a colander and let them sit to dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, kosher salt, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
Toss the artichoke hearts in the mixture until evenly coated.
