  • 1 naan bread
  • 3 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 56 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pressed garlic and olive oil.
  3. Brush half the garlic oil onto one side of the naan and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to crisp.
  4. Remove naan; layer mozzarella and tomato slices on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Mix remaining garlic oil with balsamic vinegar; drizzle over pizza before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped basil, slice, and enjoy!
